Bording the ship 'Discovery Sun' started a 6AM at Port Everglades. Passengers had to pass through security, then through the passageway onto the ship.

We hiked all over the ship looking for a quiet place to sit and catch up on our sleep. But were forced to hunker down in the 'game room'.

The weather wasn't so overcast and rainey, we could have snoozed up on the sun deck

Fred

When we arrived at the harbor at Grand Bahama, the sun peeked out for a little while.

This container ship was docked nearby. In the background you can see a container transhipment facility.

Also near the port is an oil storage facility.

Debarking from the pool deck area.

View of the customs shed from the stern of the ship. The ships in the background are transferring oil.

The beach at the hotel, 'Reef' in Lucaya on our arrival.
