Vivian and I went to Vienna Austria to visit some goverment ofonly two days. And the weather was not always the best.

The city is beautiful, even more beautiful than Paris, and cleaner. It is chock-full of large, elegant masonry buildings, that were built when Austria was the center of an empire. The city reeks of "old money".

The facades of the buildings are boldly textured with rectangular shapes that give the impression that they are contstructed of large blocks of limestone. In reallity, they are built of brick and have elaborate plastered facades. I wish I could have spent more time there.
